Powercor Club and Mens Team Sponsor

Dear Players, Coaches & Parents,

Some good stuff on here. Sent out today by the Surrey FA. I certainly think it’s worth remembering how to use (and how not to use) the excellent Club Forum facility.

  • Coaches: Keep it informative & inspirational!
  • Parents: Keep it constructive!
  • Players: Remember things you might say out loud can be misconstrued when said on-line. Be kind to team mates and never criticise. Conversation type dialogue should not be placed on the forum.

Regards
Mark
Secretary

Clubs and coaches should follow The FAs best practice guidance to ensure that club/leagues managed online environments and communications are safe for all involved. Please click here to access The FA’s best practice guidance on social networking, websites, mobile phone and email communications.

Young players can help to create a better internet by being kind and respectful to others online and seeking positive and safe opportunities to create, engage and share online. The FA’s guidance for U18’s can be accessed by clicking here.

Parents and carers can help to create a better internet by maintaining an open and honest dialogue with their children about their online lives, by modelling positive online behaviours themselves, and also by reporting any inappropriate or illegal content they find. The FA’s guidance for Parents/Carers can be accessed by clicking here.
