Preview of Parkside United V Lyne F.C (League match)
Parkside have played 14 of their 16 League matches and are five games ahead of Lyne due to postponements and Parkside’s early exit from the County Cup.

Some may say it’s better to have the points in the bag and some prefer to know what they have to do to win the League, but to be honest we are not that bothered either way.
It plain and simple, Lyne have to win and that’s it, and this approach has been applied to every single game we have played this season.
Parkside are a threat to our potential League winning season, but so was everyone else when we started.
This is a top of the table clash and will not be taken lightly by the Lyne squad who recognise there is an easy way of winning a League and a hard way, if we win on Saturday we take the easier route, if we draw it’s a little tougher, if we lose its tough but we are still in charge of our own destiny.
We are looking forward very much to the weekend match, with a full squad available for selection.
Byfleet recreation ground 2pm K.O, Saturday 13th February.
Hope to see you there!!
